What a great investment!

This massage table is a lifesaver. I am 54 years old and have spent many years dealing with severe menopause, anxiety, and insomnia brought on by hormonal imbalances. Most women will relate to the problems.

After only a few sessions, I am sleeping longer and sounder, thinking more clearly, am calmer, and finally feel “normal”.

I have spent much time and thousands of dollars on doctor visits, both traditional and non-traditional, including pills, home remedies, acupuncture, anything that might help.

Being willing to try anything, I bought this table for its healing frequencies. With a wide range of frequencies and intensity control, you can determine what you want to hone in on. It can be experienced with vibration alone, or along with customized music integrated with vibration. Or you can simply listen to and “feel” your favorite song titles.

When I am in pain, have a headache, feel depressed, have no energy, or just don’t feel right, I select the recommended frequency, lay down for 15 or 20 minutes, and always feel much better.

Western medicine has a history of prescribing a wide array of pills for any given illness or problem. I believe this can be more harmful than good. In most cases, the problem is only masked and side effects can be more undesirable. If you tell your doctor that you are suffering from severe menopause symptoms and hormonal imbalances, most likely he/she will tell you it is something you need to live with and there is nothing for it. Or they will recommend anti-depressants to help you better cope with it.

I am not qualified to explain the healing properties of vibration and sound wave frequencies, but that information is available upon further research. However, it does make sense that vibration and wave frequencies will stimulate normal body activities. Music and sound waves pleasantly stimulate the ears. Vibration pleasantly stimulates skin and the body. And I can tell by experience now, the entire body and mind are pleasantly stimulated by the combination of both.

My two year old granddaughter gets a kick out of the music and vibration. My cat has gotten into the habit of jumping on the table with me. Friends and neighbors are amazed at the calming effect and reduced pain and tension after one session. My husband usually won’t try anything new and unusual like this, but even admits it takes away his lower back pain. He loves putting on his favorite country music and feeling reverberate through his body.
